Muslin, fine-woven from cotton and bleached or unbleached, is a truly utilitarian textile with a wealth of historical roots.  

• This lovely soft fabric is often used to make garments for very hot climates due to its lightweight and breathable nature.
• It's used as dress-linings for dresses making them less see-through and to give the dress more shape and weight.
• Its also used as a mock-up fabric for the seamstress or amateur fashion designer.
• It also has uses in theatre and studio photography, cooking and medicine.
• Muslin is also applied to the back of curtains or drapes to help give them form and preserve privacy.
• Also known as Indian butter muslin.
• Available in two widths: 90cm \ 36 inches wide or 137cm \ 54 inches wide and is cut to your desired length
