Manufacturers care instructions: Colours are washable and fade-resistant. Please take into account the fabric onto which you have embroidered. We recommend washing with a mild soap. After washing, wrap your embroidery in a towel to remove excess water, then dry flat. Place your embroidery on a clean cloth, preferably while still damp, and iron on the reverse side, at the temperature setting recommended for the fabric
- We deliver in-stock items to mainland UK addresses using Royal Mail and trusted national couriers.
- Smaller parcels (under 2kg) are sent via Royal Mail Standard 1st Class.
- Larger parcels (over 2kg) are dispatched using a next working day courier service.

- Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to arrive at your chosen branch, as some products are held at different locations.

- We may ask for additional ID when you collect your order for security and verification purposes.
- Please note: Items that are cut to order from a bolt or reel, including fabrics, ribbons, trims, elastic, webbing, cord, and similar products, are non-refundable and cannot be returned once your order has been completed, unless the goods are faulty or have been supplied in error.
