- Washing --When exposing the zippers to washing or related processing, close each zipper in order to lessen the pressure or damage that can result in performance deficiency.
- Ironing -- When ironing the zippers or the cloth to which they belong, please do so with the zippers closed under less than 130°C. · Pressing with a damp cloth is also recommended.

Note: Please be aware that if you order over 3 of the same size and colour due to the quantity available we may have to special order more for you. It will take a few extra days but we will send the rest of your order via click-and-collect or delivery straight away, the rest of your order will follow as soon as it comes in.
- We deliver in-stock items to mainland UK addresses using Royal Mail and trusted national couriers.
- Smaller parcels (under 2kg) are sent via Royal Mail Standard 1st Class.
- Larger parcels (over 2kg) are dispatched using a next working day courier service.

- Some machines are shipped directly from the manufacturer using their own courier service.
- Free delivery is available on orders over £50.
- Standard delivery Below £50 is - £4.95.
- Express tracked delivery: £8.95 (available at checkout).

Click & Collect
- Click & Collect is available at checkout. Simply select your preferred branch for collection.
- Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to arrive at your chosen branch, as some products are held at different locations.
- You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to collect.
- Please bring a digital or printed copy of your order confirmation when collecting your order.
- We may ask for additional ID when you collect your order for security and verification purposes.
- Please note: Items that are cut to order from a bolt or reel, including fabrics, ribbons, trims, elastic, webbing, cord, and similar products, are non-refundable and cannot be returned once your order has been completed, unless the goods are faulty or have been supplied in error.
